psychotherapy
for adults
Psychotherapy offers a professional space for addressing psychological distress, crises, and inner conflicts. Within a supportive therapeutic relationship, we work together to understand symptoms, develop new perspectives, and strengthen emotional and psychological stability.
The treatment is based on scientifically psychotherapeutic methods and is individually tailored to your concerns and needs.

Integrative therapy
The procedure
Integrative therapy is a modern, cross-school form of psychotherapy, which in Austria is classified within the humanistic cluster. It pursues a holistic and differential approach and combines verbal and nonverbal methods. Approaches from psychodrama, Gestalt therapy, active psychoanalysis, neuropsychology, body psychotherapy, and behavioral therapy are integrated.

Conditions & Framework
The designation "in training under supervision" means that I am in the final phase of my psychotherapy training and regularly participate in supervision sessions with experienced psychotherapists to have my psychotherapeutic work guided and supervised. Consequently, I offer a reduced rate. Billing through health insurance companies is currently not possible. Socially reduced rates are available upon individual consultation.
Introductory meeting
The initial consultation is non-binding, free of charge and lasts 30 minutes.
It serves to allow us to get to know each other and to clarify questions, concerns, expectations and framework conditions.
The aim is for you to get a sense of whether I am the right person for you, someone with whom you can find space and support for your issues.
Cost
A single psychotherapy session (50 minutes) normally costs €80.
I offer a limited number of places at a reduced rate for people in difficult financial situations. Please ask about this during your initial consultation.
Length of time
The duration of therapy is highly individual and difficult to estimate.
My philosophy in this regard is as follows: as short as possible, as long as necessary. The therapeutic process can range from a few sessions for support during a crisis to long-term support over months or years. A session itself lasts 50 minutes.
