Being connected to your path,

yourself

and community

What I do

I support people through phases of clarification, change, and transition – professionally, psychologically, and in their life journey. In my work, I combine psychotherapeutic expertise with a mindful, reflective approach to individual decision-making processes and life transitions. My services include psychotherapy, career guidance for aspiring psychotherapists, and ritual circles for consciously shaping new beginnings, farewells, and transformations. The goal of my work is to create spaces where orientation, inner clarity, and growth become possible.

What I believe
I am convinced that healing can happen in many different ways. It is essential to consider each person's individual path and to find out what feels right and supportive at any given moment.

what I stand for

my values

openness

I place great importance on being open to different life realities and lifestyles. This openness allows me to respond individually to the needs of the person I am interacting with.

justice

I am committed to justice and equal opportunities. Everyone should have access to therapy. Therefore, I offer discounts or social rates when needed.

discrimination-

sensitivity

Due to my background in social work and my professional experience, it is particularly important to me to create discrimination-sensitive spaces where awareness of racism, sexism and other forms of discrimination exists.

holistic approach

I see the human being as a unity of body, soul, and spirit. Therefore, I work with various techniques and methods to reach and include all levels – mind, heart, and body.
