Hello lovely being. I'm Natalie.

What I do
The focus of my offerings is fostering a sense of connection. To this end, I offer a variety of group experiences, including women's circles*, singing circles, green meditation, and conscious movement. Each of these offerings is designed to strengthen the connection to oneself, to others, and to nature. Additionally, upon request, I design and facilitate theme-specific circles that—adapted to individual occasions—enable community-building experiences. My methodological approach is multifaceted and based on various elements I have encountered on my personal and professional path. For those who desire more personalized support, I also offer one-on-one sessions by arrangement.
What I believe
I am convinced that healing and connection can happen in many different ways and it is crucial to consider individually what is right for each person in that moment. It is particularly important to me not only to work on a cognitive level, but also to actively promote the connection to one's own feelings and body. Our bodies carry immense wisdom within themselves and I see it as my task to strengthen this access and to support people in using this inner knowledge.
